nirS nitrite reductase[Pseudomonas stutzeri]
nirS is a gene coding an enzyme that has the ability to turn nitrite ion to nitric oxide.It is very important for nitrogen removal in wasted water because it can transfer the ion to the gas and make it out of water.We use it to build an engineering Bacillus subtilis to purify the water.
